Every customer signs up before listing. That account is how you compare quotes, pay, track the truck, and leave a review after delivery.

Pickup and delivery can be anywhere in the United States, Mexico, or Canada — city name, ZIP, or postal code. You will see a price range for that lane before you post.

Ask drivers to quote, or post a set offer several drivers can accept. You can add optional Daretrucky Protection by declaring the value of the load. Open a profile, read reviews, and message a driver privately before you choose — those messages cannot include phone numbers or email. Then pay that offer or quote plus a service fee — and the protection fee if you opted in — with a debit card on Stripe. The service fee depends on the size of the booking and is also taken from the driver payout. After payment, both of you see the official phone and Gmail on the booking. Before you pay you will see the release policy: 3 hours after delivery to release, automatic release after that, or a hold pending investigation if you are not satisfied. You can raise or lower a posted offer anytime until you pay.

Every booking gets a DARE- tracking code, a live map, and a Daretrucky bill of lading the customer and driver sign electronically at pickup and delivery. After delivery, rate the driver so the next customer can see how the job went.
