First choose business or individual. Then enter your USDOT. We look it up on FMCSA and send a code to the email or phone on that record so we can confirm the owner. After you verify the code, add your MC and commercial insurance. Individuals also upload a driver license photo. Businesses also enter a Business EIN. A worker or admin reviews the file before you can quote.
