The assistant answers customer questions about payment, tracking, delivery photos, incidents, deleted listings, booking, and livestock. It drafts a haul only when you give pickup, delivery, and what you are shipping — it remembers earlier turns, so “it’s a 2018 Lincoln MKX” can finish a Phoenix to Los Angeles request. Carriers can ask for open loads on their route. Deleted listings leave the public website; admin and Worker Center still open them.
